Unfortunately you can not select a RGB working space profile in Apertures print dialog for the output profile. And do we know what profile is assigned to an image in Aperture anyway.
The only thing I know is to experiment and try various assigned profile scenarios to see if you can match from Aperture an unmanaged target from PS.
