No, No you cannot choose working RGB color spaces (like Adobe RGB, sRGB, ProPhotoRGB etc.) in the print dialog of Aperture so you have to assign a RGB printer profile to the target. It can be any RGB printer profile as long as it is  the same one you choose in the print dialog of Aperture.
