I would love to compile with the new SDK, but unfortunately, Apple
compiled it with ProjectBuilder, and included deprecated
(non-carbonized) gcc headers in it, which I cannot compile with
CodeWarrior. (And I'll be damned if I'm going to try to switch to
ProjectBuilder for all my projects!) They say they'll fix it, but
until then, we're stopping all our AudioUnits work.

When testing my Crunch audio unit with Spark XL, I discovered that it
crashed when run for offline processing. The crash log suggested that
it was crashing before it was even getting to my code.
As it turned out, simply recompiling with the AUPublic classes from
the Dec 2002 CoreAudio SDK fixed the crash.
This makes the second crash fixed by the new SDK. If you don't
remember, the other one was a problem with MusicDevices. So everyone
who released any audio units before the Dec 2002 SDK was available
should definitely release a new version that is recompiled with the
new SDK.
