standalone executable

Hi

My application use .sh , tcl/tk and C excutable files . i want to convert all application files into in one single standalone executable.

If i run tht standalone executable on machine (machine without tcl/tk lib ) then also standalone executable must run

can anyone suggest which tool should i use ?
