I have two software questions. Well, really three, I guess, since
the first one is who do I ask at Apple about software questions.
Any Apple Retail store:

I'm wondering if Leopard has some built in MP3 editing software that
is much easier and much more intuitive than Garage Band. (I need a
little red wagon to just record and edit MP3s and GarageBand is like
driving a Porsche).
QuickTime Pro.

(Yes, you need to shell out a little for QuickTime Pro, but that's
what gives QuickTime Player its "little red wagon" editing
capabilities.)
There are also many third party packages, some open source, shareware,
or free, that do all manner of audio editing. I'm sure others will
have suggestions.
Also (and this is related to the MP3 issue) I posted an MP3 file
using Iweb but no one else can see the play button. I can see it.
It plays fine for me, but no one else can see it. (I'm wondering if
it's some kind of file encryption problem with the software that
others software can't decode). Has anyone else had this issue?
Very unlikely that it has anything to do with "encryption" if it's
just an MP3. iWeb very likely uses QuickTime to embed media files in
web pages, meaning that persons who you wish to play this video also
need QuickTime installed.
