iChat AV and SIP

I have tried to use the new iChat AV with our SIP system.
I haven't found out how to call a SIP url, it seems I can
only call those found via AOL, .mac or rendezvous.
There doesn't seem to be any support for SIP registration,
so I can't make it register itself into our proxy.
When calling it, I haven't succeded in anything else than a
-> INVITE
<- 100 Trying
<- 180 Ringing
<- 603 Decline

Does anyone know anything more about how to use iChat with
other SIP clients?
