The SCDynamicStoreCopyProxies() API returns information associated with
the "primary" service (the active service at the top of the list in
Network Prefs, the service which we use for the default route, ...)
In any case, what would you do with proxy information for other network
services? How would you handle a single network interface which was
configured with multiple addresses? ... and where each of the
addresses was configured by a separate service which specified it's own
proxies...
