Title: guidance
In writing an NKE ipfilter I want to talk to it from a user app. The Network Kernel Extensions Programming Guide describes how to do this using KEXT Controls. However, establishing the control linkage involves getting some initial information using the CTLIOCGINFO ioctl. Sample code in listing 2.2 on page 20 of NKEPG.

What is not shown is how the KEXT receives and responds to the ioctl. Is there sample code or documentation for this?

thanks,

David
