Conditional accept for TCP

Is there a conditional accept on OS X? I'd like to control
acknowledgment when a TCP connection is being established. The
default behavior is that a connection to a listening socket is always
acknowledged even if accept hasn't been called on the socket. Windows
has a socket option SO_CONDITIONAL_ACCEPT to change such behavior
(see http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms740476.aspx). Is
there a similar feature on OS X?
Thanks in advance for any ideas,
Paul Litvak
