NSURLErrorDownloadDecodingFailedMidStream

When I try to download a .dmg file from a web server using NSURLDownload, my -didFailWithError method gets a NSURLErrorDownloadDecodingFailedMidStream (-3006) error. It happens right near the start of the DL but after some data has been received.

Does anyone know what causes this error and how to download a .dmg file using NSURLDownload?
