I can't parse the above. You're trying to hit a url from a WOComponent? Or you're trying to get a WOComponent to create a url with parameters? I don't understand what you'd like to know.


But, I can offer the API WOContext.directActionURLForActionNamed. Maybe that does what you might be looking for.
