You have a couple of choices that I know of.
You can add the column manually to the table, selecting the entity then
"Add Attribute" in the Property menu.
You can also use "New Updated Model" in the Model (File) menu. That
creates a new model file and more things than you'd like could be
changed. But you can drag-drop an entity from the new updated model to
the old one, so that the changes are limited to that entity.
