installing WOLips/Eclipse from scratch?

I'm just starting out with installing Eclipse/WOLips and could use some
advice or step-by-step instructions for a new machine.
I've got WO 5.2.3 installed. My project files are still 5.2 (haven't
opened them in xcode yet and hope not to actually).
Are these the next steps?
1. Install Eclipse (just the binaries and not download the SDK)
Does Ant come across with Eclipse?
2. Install WOLips plug-in
3. Some sort of conversion of the project files?
Any documentation? I clicked around the woproject site and didn't really
find anything.
