I haven't tried this, but I would imagine you can just add it to your
Target.
Highlight the desired Target. Go to the Settings->Simple View->Java
Compiler Settings. There's a box labeled "Other Java Compiler Flags".
Put -deprecation in there. Not sure if you need the leading dash or
not.

a warning message "used or overrides a deprecated API. Recompile with
-deprecation for details.
Seems simple enough, but I don't know where to put this -deprecation
setting. Xcode has so many little boxes with mysterious values.
Fortunately clicking "Build and Go" works most of the time, and I have
learned to make some other modifications, but I I can't figure out
where to set deprecation, and I'm not sure where I will see any
resulting "details"
