relative links to web server resources

  • Subject: relative links to web server resources

I am deploying a WebObjects application using JBoss. For convenience I have static HTML help pages which I can link to using the "href" property of dynamic links. However if I try to create relative links within the static HTML then those relative links fail. All of the resources are in the "web server resources" group in XCode. Of course I could write all the help documentation using WO but that is invconvenient if I want someone else (a non developer) to write the documentation. I would like to have the documentation written in HTML and simply put it in the "web server resources" group and be done. I've looked at the URL for a static resource referenced by WO and it is really long with all kinds of codes unlike normal WO URLs.

thanks,
-tom
