1) The file it's whining about (user.d2wmodel) is a "rules" file - is
it read-only? Present?

[demime 0.98b removed an attachment of type image/tiff which had a name of hfs.tiff]
2) In /Developer/Documentation/WebObjects/Web_Services/projects is a
working copy of HousesForSale. COPY it to somewhere in your home
directory and do a "clean" build and try that.
