Hello again,
after further tests, this bugs seems to be caused by UTF-8 encoding
in pref.

I had several very odd behaviors from the new WebObjects Builder
till I removed its preference file: ~/Library/Preferences/
com.apple.WebObjectsBuilder.plist
In case this turns out to be the problem you might want to keep
the preferences file and log it with Bug Reporter referencing bug#
4141629 (I forgot to keep a copy of mine for them to examine).
