About WWDC session...worth buying DVD sessions when available?

I was just curious if the sessions that the WWDC attendees went to concerning WebObjects were interesting enough and informative enough to buy the DVD of the sessions when they become available on ADC. Were there enough of them? Did they contain good content? Could you use them to train others?
