That broken pipe indicates that the woadaptor gave up waiting for the application to return a response. That suggests that your application is running slower than before - I'd suspect the database as that is the only thing (?) that has changed. In JavaMonitor you can increase the connect and receive timeouts for the adaptor to work around this until you find the cause of the slow down.
