Leaving WebObjects on your system shouldn't hurt anything. I don't believe any WebObjects processes are running as a result of its installation. If you've modified /System/Library/StartupItems/ WebObjects/WebObjects to start wotaskd and JavaMonitor at boot time, you can comment out the lines that start these processes.


If you just want to free up some disk space and the tools uninstall script cannot be easily modified to remove just WebObjects, you could open each WebObjects receipt in /Library/Receipts and look at the list of files installed by each. You could then delete these files manually. You'd also need to open each receipt package to examine the preinstall and postinstall shell scripts to see whether you need to reverse anything these scripts did. All of this can be pretty tedious.
