Minimizing WOLips generated CVS changes?

Hi all,
If you check a WOLips project into CVS under Eclipse and then checkout
on another machine, WOLips seems to recreate a few files during the
build process. Sometimes this results in differences between the checked
in versions and the local ones. Often it's the PB.project file that
changes. But sometimes the ant files in the "woproject" directory change.
The developer is then faced with either checking in the changed files or
force updating them to what was checked in. All around it's an
irritating little bit of maintenance.
Does anyone have suggestions for avoiding this problem? I assume that
some of these dynamically generated WOLips files just don't belong in
CVS. Perhaps a few of you who have solved this problem could post your
.cvsignore files.
