Application Freezes!

Hello -

We are now just experiencing an application freeze whereby we have to force the instance to quit via the monitor to restart it. I can't wostats up when it freezes so I can't tell if it is a memory problem.

Any thoughts? Do I need to create multiple instances now? I only have one instance currently.
