I've been a bit busy lately.  :-)

The thread below is indeed the cause of your freeze. We can see that it happens in CreateInvoice.awake. You said in your other message that you were creating peer editing contexts and locking and unlocking them in awake/sleep. That is the cause of your freeze, I am 100% certain. The previous request for this session called awake () on a page twice (it can happen) and sleep only once and so left the EC locked. The next request for this session deadlocks the application as it waits forever for this EC to get unlocked.
