Hi Clive,

I released a QT component a while ago, under an MIT license. You can find it at:
http://www.overhyped.com/downloads/OQT.tgz

It uses Apple's javascript to solve the IE issue with plug-ins.

Let me know if you have any questions.

what are the recommended ways of displaying .mov files in a
webObjects page? I have embedded a WOQuickTime element in a page and
it worked well in development mode, however it fails to open in a
deployed app! I have some anxieties about permissions, but I'm not
sure if this is the reason for the problem!

However, I also realise that WOQuickTime is deprecated, so should I
use eg WOSMILMediaObject, and if so should one follow instructions in
Apple's "Inside WebObjects - Developing SMIL Presentations"?

thanks
Clive Roberts
