Mohapatra,

Do you have a space character in the path anywhere from the file system root to the location of the actual executable, e.g. in the project name or an enclosing folder? This is a common cause of the Application class not being found. There's a long-standing bug in the launch scripts in the .woa that doesn't like spaces in the path.
