Has anyone seen this error starting up the D2W assistant from a D2W app? This example is with the Wonder frameworks installed, but it is creating the same error with a fresh D2W application built and launched immediately. All other aspects of the D2W app (searching etc. work fine).

While this error is simply because the file can't be read, there are still some problems with Wonder and the various assistants.

WebAssistant
- can't dump the wonder templates (probably others too)
- sometimes chokes if your rules RHS yield more complex objects (dicts etc)

WebServiceAssisstant
- fails to start up because the patched rules we use to fix a sorting problem have no counterpart on the other side
- fails to work because it requires a different model class

and the D2WJC assistant also had some problems I can't recall right now.

My advice would be to either move everything to frameworks and have different apps for each of these or to at least not link in ERD2W when running these assistants.

As RuleEditor is *terribly* annoying with it´s "This document has changed" when it clearly isn't, I'd say you all write bug reports and let Apple know about it. I have mine open since WO 5 and as far as I can see no one even looked at it. Fortunately I have other options so I don't minds that much but I pity everyone who has to work with it.
