Rapid Turnaround Not Working?

Hi,

I re-installed Eclipse/WOLips per the instructions found in /Developer/Examples/JavaWebObjects/Eclipse/GettingStartedWithEclipse.rtfd

For some reason now Rapid Turnaround doesn't seem to work e.g if I make a change to the HTML/WOD files of a WO I have to rebuild the project before the change goes into effect.

In preferences for WOLIPS -WOAllowRapidTurnaround is set to true.

Has anyone seen this problem before?
