I think he may be referring to things like the WebObjects Builder,
Modeler, etc if he has installed WebObjects 5.4 (on Leopard).
Pretty much all WebObjects developer tools are dead for 5.4.
WebObjects applications will still build with XCode 3, however you
can't even create a new WO project with it. Apple is letting the open
source community take over with WOLips, Eclipse, etc.
