Besides, why would you want to avoid it ? Believe me, it's sooooooo
much better.
I keep in hearing that, and I don't doubt the underlying technology
and no offense to Mike. But frankly, navigating around in the editor
drives me bunkers. Have you tried to double click to select a word in
the console or triple click to select a line in the java source
editor? I even had the cursor move on me while code simply unfolds by
itself.
(Yes, I know I can pick external editors but the prefs don't always
do what I assume they would do.)
There are preferences that simply don't work for me, like setting
WOLisp as the default perspective and opening EOModels in a new window.
I hope that I'm doing something wrong or I just have to suck it up,
but still.
