[OT] WebObjects UI designer recommendation

I'm looking for a recommendation for a UI designer. We have a half- built suite of applications that could use the touch of a seasoned designer and I am hoping that someone out there has had their own project transformed into a thing of beauty. I'm not really looking for a WO developer/designer unless you can convince me that you won't get bored watching the other developers do the fun stuff while you are slogging away in css, html, web safe colors and bitmap editors.

Rough qualifications:

- Very familiar with WebObjects, from a html/.wo standpoint (meaning they may not get to use their favorite UI design tool because it clobbers WO tags)
- Can start with "make it look good", develop mockups for review, be able to withstand multiple rounds of "we'll know it when we see it", and work with developers to incorporate the new look into the old app
- Can spell Eclipse and will not snicker when writing WOLips
- Willing to work with a geographically dispersed development team
- Standard buzzword compliance: html, css, AJAX, etc.

Bonus points:

- Understand high volume prepress workflow

Bonus bonus points:

- Cocoa application design (as we have a few of those that could use the same design touch)

This is probably a 2-4 month project, with occasional follow-up work as the application matures over the next 12 months. There may be some travel (1 or 2 times) to beautiful downtown Brea, California (in Southern California) to meet as a team.

Thanks,

Greg.
