You should be able to correct this by sub-classing com.webobjects.jdbcadaptor.MySQLPlugIn and com.webobjects.jdbcadaptor.MySQLPlugIn.MySQLExpression.

Done and working. Just adapted Project WONDER's postgresql plugin. I'm still not 100% on the join semantics, I had to make it EOLeftOuterJoin for the to-Many relationship and the to-one relationship in the join table for both directions. Does anybody have good documentation as to what the proper usage of the join semantics from an enterprise object perspective and not SQL? Or does that even make sense.
