http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/htdocs/jdbc_111060.html

Click Accept and download the following files:
ojdbc5.jar - actual driver, it requires Java 1.5
orai18n.jar - put it into classpath, it enables NLS features and localized messages
