Actually, I've just discovered that there is a keyboard-access-to-menus
method, but it's not enabled by default, and it isn't very good either.
In Keyboard Preferences, enable "Turn on full keyboard access". Then,
Ctrl+F2 will transfer focus to the menu, and you can navigate around
with the cursor keys.
Anyone have this working on a TiBook? I can't seem to make it work. Is it
application controlled - ie it depends on application support?
It still doesn't respond to other keys (i.e. there's no equivalent to
the underlined characters in Windows menus) but it's better than
nothing.
