Is there a way you can use ocaml? Ocaml 3.07p2 compiles right out of
the box. There used to be a program that would help convert camllight
programs to ocaml, but I'm not sure where/if it is available from.
I guess there has been come work on making it compile with OSX, so you
might try contacting the appropriate mailing lists.
<http://pauillac.inria.fr/~ddr/ocamlcl/> is a syntax front for camlp4
(part of ocaml) that reads caml light syntax. It works with 3.04 of
ocaml, so I don't know how much work it would be to port it.
