If I'm not mistaken, you shouldn't need to alias ssh. You should be
able to make these settings be the default by your ssh configuration
file in "~/.ssh/config". Put the settings in "/etc/ssh_config" to have
them apply for all users.
The settings you want for this configuration are "Cipher", and
"ForwardX11".
The the man page for ssh for more information about config files.
