Good job! Two minor comments and a bug report:
From the FAQ I read:
"You can cut text from X11 applications by selecting the text,
performing a cmd-c or copy operation."
This means that "by design" it is not possible to paste a X11 selected
text to a non-X11 application WITHOUT having performed a CMD-c. I
understand that you want to maintain a uniform experience between aqua
and X11, however it is always the case that in X11 it is enough to
just select a text. In this way, I'm obliged to perform this
additional operation (CMD-c) which is unusual in X11. But even worse,
this design choice has also the undesirable consequence that I cannot
disable the command key equivalences (which I would really like to do,
since I use command as meta) without making the cut-and-paste
experience always going through the copy menu. Are you willing to
rethink this design choice?
Other comment. Again from the FAQ:
"Resize handle is a square and too big. Make it triangular."
The reason for this request is not just aesthetic. The big square
hides completely the lower scrollbar button of my X11 applications
(e.g., rxvt). Making it transparent is clearly not an option: it
should be smaller and triangular - like in OroborosX.
A bug: when I click on a minimised X11 window in the dock to enlarge
it, X11 does not take the focus, but it is left to the application
which was active before clicking. This is inconsistent with the
behaviour that I get by selecting the minimised window from the X11
menu in the dock (X11 gets the focus in this case). The latter
behaviour is consistent with the general behaviour of enlarging a
minimised window in the dock: the application owning the window is
always given the focus.
cheers
