I still haven't seen this anywhere, so I'm going to ask the obvious:

Is there a way to just tell all of X11 to swap the 'Control' and 'Apple (aka Command)' keys when it starts up? That would make things a lot more familiar, since I came from the OS9 world, and not Unix.
