This has come out several times on this list. The cleanest solution I think
is the following:

defaults write com.apple.x11 no_auth 1
defaults write com.apple.x11 no_listen_tcp 1

Check the archives for details. It won't prevent remote displaying if
tunneling X11 with ssh.
