Hi,
I'm completely new to the apple environment, so please keep this in mind
when I ask my stupid questions ;-)
On a MAC G5 with OSX 10.3 I've installed X11user.dmg (a version from a
chinees apple site since the official one didn't work (invalid checksum). As
I see in the
Newsgroup I'm not the only one with this problem.
After that I managed to install OpenOffice 1.1 for OSX. So far so good.
Now I would like to assign OppenOffice to X11 as the app to start it up, but
this doesn't seem to work. Every time when I try to update this info the
system tells me that I cannot change these files since I have not enough
priviliges (I, the administrator on the system, so this doesn't make sence
to me).
Anyone who can help?
Thanks,
Ben
