Furthermore, because downloading multiple individual files to get all
the updates is a pain, we're going to be putting out a .pkg to handle it
all in a convenient and easily deployable manner. This is my first
experience making a package file, so I'd appreciate feedback before I
actually put it up on the site. Anyone willing to trust me not to break
their system (I'm not offended if this isn't you) can find this package
here: http://people.freedesktop.org/~jeremyhu/X11-2.1.0.pkg . I would
appreciate feedback to make sure I'm not doing something wrong before I
put this up on our releases page.

Congratulations! Worked fine for me.
One tiny nit to pick. In the Xquartz man page, the footer displays the
string "__vendorversion__ " which comes from the 1st source line
.TH XQUARTZ 1 __vendorversion__
Shouldn't this be something like the version string of Xquartz? Also,
there is no copyright notice in that man page. Finally, it references
non-existing man pages:
SEE ALSO
X(__miscmansuffix__), XFree86(1), Xserver(1), xdm(1), xinit(1)
The first two and the last one don't exist.
