Jeremy,
I apologize, but I do not know who is doing what in this project, so I
wouldn't be able to "personalize" bug reports. I was hoping that the
automatic process of bug reporting takes care of proper distribution, so my
original question was just meant to make sure that these do not go into
a "black hole" (which - according to your response - is not at all the case).
