Thank's for the tip but that didn't do it? (UTF-8)
I was looking at the path type and set it to Absolute Path (From Default).
No luck with that one either? Any other takers?

-Did you know that the combined total of bug fixes and security hole patches
for Windows 2000 SP1-4 is 2557? Windows 2K came out in Feb of 2000. That is
64 bugs per month. Something to think about.
