[MORE] Can Hierarchy of objects in NIB file be changed?

It appears that all my troubles begin when I move the QDView to 'The Back'. The object then ends up at the top of the hierarchy and the objects that SHOULD be drawing OVER it, are now lower and are overdrawn when the QDView refreshes.

Is there a way to drag items in the IB list mode?
