There is an archive for Xcode-Users available from
<http://lists.apple.com>. Use the link at the bottom of that page for
"List Archives" to access it.
What is missing at present is the access to the archives from the
search engine. There are evidently some serious obstacles in the way of
adding more lists to the search engine that server administration is
working to overcome. When a search engine accessible form of
xcode-users becomes available, I will post a notification to the
mailing list.
