Then I think joar might be right about 'large projects'. The pains I
described are on a project of about 100 000 lines of source. What
size
are your projects? Maybe for small project Xcode is faster?
My observation is that Xcode is faster for small projects. I don't
know if the project size impacts the speed of the editor, but it does
make the rest of the IDE faster, e.g., when adding files to the project.
