What about Xcode Tools Sensei by Mark Szymczyk
http://www.meandmark.com/xcodebook.html
You can download it for less and get the advantage of searching the
PDF, although having a paper book is cool. It covers XCode 2.1 and
all the other tools.

So there's the Wiley The Mac Xcode 2 Book
but it doesn't look like it's written by seasoned Cocoa programmers.
So are there any other books planned?
Wiley has a second book, Beginning Xcode, which will be part of
their Worx series and should be out early next year. I know this
because I'm writing it now. :)
Unlike the Xcode 2 book, this is not a project or programming book.
It's more an in-depth look at Xcode from top to bottom.
