Duplicate warnings

Since switching to Xcode 2.1 I frequently get duplicates for compilations errors/warnings: in the build results window there will frequently be 2 "compiling foo.c (n warnings)" sections. The total number of warnings is also increased by an amount consistent with counting the errors/warnings in those files twice. Has anyone else seen this? Is the fact that I am running a dual processor machine relevant?
