Hmm....I've now gone the extra step of making sure that every non-
Apple dynamic library or framework I use links with -lSystemStubs and
I'm still getting the error.

You may have using a dynamic library which wasn't linked with
-lSystemStubs, and all your libraries which depend on these functions
need to be relinked too.
