Target SDKs and External Frameworks

Maybe this is asking the obvious, but I switched a project to use a
specific SDK. Should I then also remove the frameworks from the External
Frameworks group and add the frameworks from the SDK that I'm using
instead? The documentation seems to suggest that they're there only for
our use to quickly see the framework headers. Any code I compile does
pull in the headers from the SDK.
