Do you have any custom IB palettes installed? If so, could you try to
remove them? Do you have Xcode running at the same time? If so, could
you try to run IB alone? When you say that it stops, what do you
mean? Is IB hanging? Is anything of interest logged to the Console (/
Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?
